The Behobia on skates

It is important to read the Regulations to familiarise yourself with the rules governing the race, as well as the different services available for entrants.

Registration

The Calendar section can be used to check the period for entries for skaters, whether or not they skate regularly.

Important notice

• Departure time: 9:20
• Prove your level to take part in the race
  The Behobia - San Sebastián is a race for athletes which has been opened to skaters with one condition: there must be NO skaters behind the motorbike starting the race on foot. It should be borne in mind that the minimum speed to complete the race is 16 km/h.
• Valid competitions for accreditation
  Races with a similar profile, major international events, even tougher races… The following are not valid: urban fun runs, races on the flat and shorter events. Bear in mind that this race has a challenging profile for those who are not accustomed, and may be dangerous.
• If I don't have accreditation, can I not run?
  It's a question of common sense: bearing in mind the profile of the race you can take part if you are capable of climbing and descending this type of demanding incline in a group and in the stated time.
• Obligation to withdraw and checkpoint times
  All those who pass by the stated checkpoints any later, must withdraw from the race. A failure to do so will result in disqualification, and penalties for future years. The motorbikes at the head of the race on foot mark the point of mandatory withdrawal if they catch up with you.

Race bag collection

When you enter, you can choose the point where you wish to collect your race bag.

You will find information about the route, feed stations, withdrawal points, profile… in the Route section of the website.

Left luggage

Roller skaters have a separate left luggage service from the rest (which arrives later at the finishing line). As every year, you will have access to the Seicar left luggage van. TAKE NOTE! This van must leave for San Sebastian at 9:30.
