Important information about COVID 19

Depending on the pandemic situation at the time of the event, we reserve the right to ask for proof of vaccination, proof of a negative SARS-Coronavirus test, have recovered from Covid-19 or the use of the mask in specific moments of the starting and finishing line. We will inform you in due course.

Change of race date by the organisation

This year, the registration will be open from the 15th of June. If you decide to register, you implicitly accept a potential change of date to February 2022 (date to be specified).

However, if you want to cancel your registration because of the change of date, we will use the usual cancellation system. (More information)

Cancellation by the registrant/runner

• If the race takes place in November and you want to cancel your registration, we will use the usual cancellation system, with a 6 euro cancellation fee. The deadline for the cancellation is the 20th of September.
• If you get COVID-19 or if you are in quarantine: It will be treated as an injury and a medical report must be submitted by the 30th of October. After this date, we regret that we cannot accept any cancellation.

Mobility limitations

The organisation will not be responsible for the mobility limitations applied to participants from their country or place of origin to San Sebastian. In these cases, the same cancellation conditions mentioned above will apply.
