What can I do with my registration after the race has been cancelled?

Anyone who does not fill in the form by 30 September will have their registration saved directly for 2021.

The organisation offers three options:

Option 1: Save your registration for the 2021 (14 November) or 2022 (13 November) edition.

We will process your registration at no extra cost if there is a change in price in either of the next two editions.

Option 2: Refund of the registration fee minus the handling fee (€6).

Given the Club's current situation due to the crisis caused by the pandemic, the refund will be made within the next 18 months.

The handling costs are derived from bank charges, commissions and the work carried out by the organisation.

Option 3: Donate the registration fee to the club. You can donate the full amount of the registration fee or 25%, 50% or 75%.

If you decide to keep the registration for a later edition, we will send you an email with a 10€ discount for the Virtual Behobia 2020

For the Club Deportivo Fortuna the cancellation of our main event, which we have been working on for months, is a serious blow, leaving it in a difficult situation. Everyone at the Club works throughout the year to offer a unique race with the aim of offering the best to its participants. Your donation will help the Club in these difficult times.

If you have not received the e-mail with the form, you will be able to fill it in by going to My Registrations with the buyer option (e-mail and password required).

How long do I have to decide what I want to do with my registration?

The deadline is 30 September.

If by the 30th of September we have not heard from you with regards to your registration, you will be automatically booked for the 2021 race.

If I save my registration for 2021 or 2022, can I change anything when the time comes?

If you save your registration it will become a new registration for that edition.

We will process it, and once you receive confirmation, you can make the necessary changes within the usual deadline (20 September for changes in the runner's bag). You can change the holder's name or transfer the registration to the next year.

If you have already requested to transfer the registration to another year, you cannot ask for it to be returned later, although you can ask to save it for a later edition.

If I request a refund, what amount will I receive and when?

If you request a refund of the registration fee, €6 will be withheld as a handling fee.

These handling costs include bank commissions, the registration platform and the work of the registration team.

We are committed to making the return within the next 18 months. Club Deportivo Fortuna is going through one of the most difficult times in its century-old history. We aim to cause as little damage as possible, but the Club cannot make refunds immediately, due to the substantial expenses generated even though the race will not be held. We ask for your patience and understanding.

What will my money be used for if I make a donation?

If you decide to donate the full amount of your registration or a percentage of it, you will be helping Club Deportivo Fortuna in these difficult times in which its continuity has been seriously threatened.

Club Deportivo Fortuna is a non-profit club that invests the surplus from the Behobia in the youth system, with its 11 sports sections and in the Behobia-San Sebastian work team.

If you have a registration with a Tourist Package

Please contact the travel agent for cancellation information.

If you have a registration with the Adidas Promotion

You can save the registration for the year 2021 or 2022.

If you have a charity bib

The charitable contribution to the chosen association will be maintained, unless you indicate otherwise by email.

If you have a registration to Behobia Gaztea

In the case of the Behobia Gaztea, no handling costs will be charged if a refund is requested, but the refund period will be the same.

What will happen to the Plátano de Canarias circuit?

The circuit organisers have extended the deadline for completing all the circuit events by one year (until 2023), so you can still win your super finisher medal.
