Changes on the registration

Important: changes in the runner’s bag can be done until the 20th of September.

If you have the e-mail and password:

You can modify some personal data, the size of the t-shirt and the collection location from your registration area until the 20th of September.
In order to change the colour of your bib, you will need to send your credentials via the contact form on our web.

f you do not have the e-mail and password, because someone else booked on your behalf:

That person should do the relevant changes.

Can I change the collection location?

Only until the 20th of September

If you have the e-mail and password, from the registration area.
If you DON’T have the e-mail and password, please send an e-mail to the organisation via the contact form.

What happens if I cannot collect the bib?

Someone else can collect it on your behalf, but a picture or photocopy of your ID or proof of your inscription (available at My Registrations) must be presented.

What happens if I get injured or I cannot attend the race?

You have three different options:

Refund

You can ask for a refund, minus a 6€ fee, for any reason until the 20th of September. From that date onwards, only medical certificates for injuries will be accepted. The 30th of October is the last date admitted in a medical certificate (with a certificate, the full amount will be refunded).

Book for next year

You can also ask for your inscription to be kept for the following year. The same deadlines as before do apply. If an inscription is kept for the following year, it cannot be refunded or kept again for another year, it must be used on that very year.

Change of ownership

it will be available from 10th September through our website (please check the inscription calendar) and the original buyer could change ownership until the day before the race. Changes on the runners’ bag can only be done until the 20th of September.
